Meet the Founder

Ashanti Gray is an executive leader with over 28 years of experience driving organizational performance, operational strategy, and large-scale systems leadership. As Assistant Fire Chief for Las Vegas Fire & Rescue, she leads complex, multi-agency operations across Southern Nevada, aligning strategy, accountability, and performance at scale.

A recognized authority in governance, accreditation, and organizational effectiveness, Gray advises organizations in high-stakes environments on strengthening workforce capability and improving outcomes. She serves as a CPSE Peer Reviewer (CPC) and contributes to national accreditation efforts.

Gray is the founder of Operational Advantage Solutions, where she partners with government and private-sector leaders to optimize performance and build high-functioning leadership systems. She also serves on regional and national boards focused on leadership, public safety, and organizational excellence.

As the first African American female Assistant Fire Chief for the City of Las Vegas, she brings a distinct and strategic perspective to executive leadership. She has been featured in the Las Vegas Review-Journal and recognized by Vegas Inc. as a Women Inspiring Nevada honoree.
